About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its nonprofit media organization, which is dedicated to providing reliable news and analysis on reproductive and sexual health, rights, and justice. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the organization's strategic direction, overseeing operations, and expanding fundraising efforts. This role requires a deep understanding of the US societal issues landscape, nonprofit management, and media operations. The Executive Director will work closely with the Board of Directors to ensure the organization's continued relevance, strengthen its position as a leading voice in the field, and maintain excellence in journalism. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing a comprehensive fundraising strategy, cultivating relationships with donors, and representing the organization at public events and in the media.
