ABOUT THE POSITION

We are building a pipeline of experienced Executive Coaches to join our team and provide expert guidance and support to professionals seeking to enhance their business skills and performance. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of business/people management experience. As an Executive Coach, you will play a vital role in helping our clients maximize their potential, overcome challenges, and achieve their professional goals.

Please be aware that we may not be actively hiring coaches at the time of your application, but will reach out to qualified applicants at the time of each new cohort based on company demand. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION

  1. Provide one-on-one coaching sessions to professionals seeking to improve their business skills and performance.
  2. Keep complete records of client sessions, following established protocols.
  3. Debrief 360 surveys with clients.
  4. Utilize a variety of coaching techniques and strategies to support clients in achieving their objectives.
  5. Maintain accurate records of coaching sessions, client progress, and outcomes.
  6. Participate in coach community activities including bi-monthly coach community calls, pod meetings, professional development activities, etc.

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  2. Minimum of 10 years of business/people management experience.
  3. Graduate of an ICF-accredited Coach Training Program (CTP) and/or ICF credentials such as ACC, PCC, or MCC.
  4. 2+ years of certified coaching experience.
  5. Proven track record of successfully coaching individuals.
  6. Excellent business acumen..
  7. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly with clients.
  8. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  9. Ability to adapt coaching techniques to meet the unique needs of each client.
  10. Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate individuals towards achieving their goals.
  11. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  12. Proficiency in using technology and software relevant to coaching and business analysis.

 

Pay: $138/session (45 minutes)
