Job Description

Our client, a mission-driven non-profit, is seeking a temporary-to-permanent Executive Assistant to support their Chief of Staff in Arlington, VA!

About the Job:

• Manage high volume of inquiries and conflicts while providing complex calendaring and scheduling.
• Coordinate all high-level and complex meeting logistics: draft agendas, prepare materials, take minutes, etc.
• Ensure proper prioritization of executive's time, focusing on high value activities.
• Handle logistics and itineraries for complex travel arrangements.
• Track and prepare expense reports.
• Perform a variety of executive administrative tasks and support the extended team as needed.

About You:

• 4+ years of experience in an Executive support role, or similar is required.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Self-disciplined with sound judgement and exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Experience with MS Office Products and Concur is required; must be tech savvy.

About the Position:

• $36/hr-$42/hr depending on experience.
• Perm salary between $75K-$100K, based on experience level.
• This position requires employee to be 100% on-site in Arlington, VA.
