Job Description

Seeking a highly organized and versatile individual to join our client as an Office Manager/Executive Assistant on a temporary basis. This role presents an exciting opportunity to support a team and contribute to their mission during a critical period.

Client Details

This is a temporary position for 3 months, with the possibility of extension based on business needs and performance. Our client offers a collaborative and supportive work environment where your contributions will make a meaningful impact.

Description

  • Office Management:

    • Manage day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
    • Coordinate office maintenance and repairs as needed.
    • Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment.
  • Executive Support:

    • Provide administrative support to executives, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
    • Assist with preparing documents, presentations, and reports.
    • Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries on behalf of executives.
    • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Event Coordination:

    • Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and workshops.
    • Coordinate catering, logistics, and other event-related tasks.
  • General Administrative Tasks:

    • Assist with data entry, filing, and document management.
    • Help with special projects and tasks as assigned.

Profile

  • Previous experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive and resourceful problem solver.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
