Executive Assistant to C-Suite Executive – Global Investment Firm

One of the world’s leading investment firms is seeking a professional Executive Assistant with extensive C-Suite experience in global firms to support their esteemed C-Suite Executive. This EA must work well in a team-driven working group, along with being highly motivated, intelligent, with sound judgment and demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors. 

Salary is commensurate with experience: $150-175k base range + discretionary, generous bonus structure + great benefits

This role is based onsite in Midtown NYC Monday – Friday

Typical office hours are 8am-5/5:30pm and requires a 24/7 mentality

• Manage scheduling internal and external appointments, confirming meetings, and organizing logistics
• Coordinate global and domestic travel, including private jets, helicopters, personal driver, cars visas/passports, hotels and other reservations
• Handle all logistics for internal and external meetings
• Completion of detailed corporate expenses
• Screen/route incoming calls, mail and correspondence
• Flexibility after regular business hours for time-sensitive tasks
• Manage day to day tasks, including booking reservations, appointments, onsite meals, etc.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of C-Suite executive assistant experience
• Extremely positive and professional attitude
• Ability to work well in a dynamic team environment – experience working on a team of assistants is a plus
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to anticipate critical needs, prioritize competing tasks and manage to deadlines
• Perform duties with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity
• An autonomous worker with strong follow-through skills
• Ability to build relationships with key players and senior management
• Creative thinker who can solve complex problems
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office
