Title: Executive Assistant

Salary: $100,000 to $115,000

Location: San Francisco, CA

Our client, a quickly growing Artificial Intelligence firm offering high quality AI products to one of the world’s quickest growing technology markets is looking to hire an experienced Executive Assistant to take ownership of office operations for their San Francisco location. The role will include managing day-to-day office functions, supporting leadership, and organizing customer engagement events. The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsibilities for the Executive Assistant will include overseeing office operations, workspace coordination, business supplies, and client engagements.
  • Planning and managing customer events, including high-profile networking and industry meetups.
  • Providing high-level executive support, setting schedules, expense tracking, and cross-team coordination.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for office-related needs, ensuring a productive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree preferred.
  • 3 plus years of experience in office management, operations, or executive support, ideally within a high-growth environment.
  • Strong organizational and decision-making skills with the ability to establish guidelines.
  • Ability to travel locally and adapt to evolving priorities, including off-hour events.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
  • Excellent people skills/ communication skills.
