EVICTION PREVENTION SPECIALIST
In Office- $1000 Sign-On Bonus
POSITION SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
The Eviction Prevention Specialist will be a primary point of contact during the eviction process for both the resident and external legal representation of VineBrook Homes. This position will utilize the company eviction management platform to efficiently manage eviction cases across a growing portfolio of single-family homes while also remaining compliant with all legal and Fair Housing regulations at the federal, state, and local level.
A successful Eviction Prevention Specialist should be organized, driven to complete tasks presented to them, able to follow direction and procedure, be professional and courteous in communication to others, be well informed of the various legal responsibilities in the markets they represent, and be committed to working in the best interest of VineBrook Homes.
