Responsible for preparing and executing all on and off-premise events Essential Job Functions: Manage all aspects of event execution, including but not limited to setting up the venue, taking down, inventorying merchandise, organizing, cleaning, and collecting payments for all events. Set up visual presentation displays and signage at events Adhering to event safety standards Working at a concession and serving Build working relationships with vendors, provide courteous and professional customer service. Responsible for the cash drawer and reconciliation of funds for the event Working under the instructions of an events Manager Knowledge and Skills Required: Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Process inventory and payments through pos system Able to take initiative, assume responsibility and work independently on multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment as well as work effectively within a team. Strong analytical skills Organized with multi-tasking abilities. Computer knowledge Experience in prior event work preferred. Must be minimum of 18 years old.
