We are seeking energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Event Staff. As a key part of our event management team, you will assist in the setup, execution, and breakdown of various events, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in dynamic, fast-paced environments and interacting with diverse groups of people.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with event setup, including arranging tables, chairs, signage, décor, and other equipment as required.
  • Welcome and direct guests, providing outstanding customer service.
  • Monitor event areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Assist in the coordination of event schedules, activities, and timelines.
  • Help with registration, ticketing, or check-in processes as needed.
  • Provide support for audio-visual equipment and technical setup.
  • Assist with serving food or beverages (if applicable).
  • Support event breakdown and clean-up efforts after the event concludes.
