Job Title: Event Staff

Job Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Event Staff. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the smooth operation of events, ensuring a positive experience for all attendees. As part of the event team, you will perform a variety of tasks that may include event setup, customer service, crowd control, and cleanup. This position is ideal for those who enjoy working in dynamic environments and interacting with people.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Guest Services:

   • Greet and assist event attendees, providing information and directions as needed.
   • Address any questions or concerns from guests in a friendly and professional manner.

2. Crowd Management:

   • Monitor event areas to ensure the safety and comfort of all attendees.
   • Assist with managing lines, directing foot traffic, and controlling access to certain areas.

3. Vendor and Exhibitor Assistance:

   • Provide support to vendors and exhibitors during setup, operations, and teardown.
   • Assist with any special requests or needs they may have during the event.

4. Event Support:

   • Provide general support during the event, which may include running errands, delivering messages, and assisting with various tasks as needed.
   • Maintain a clean and organized event space.

5. Post-Event Cleanup:

   • Assist with post-event cleanup, including removing trash, packing up equipment, and restoring the venue to its original condition.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically able to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds for extended periods.
