Position : Event Staff at Draw House Concepts
Job Overview:
We are seeking highly energetic, passionate and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Event Staff. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the set-up, execution and break down of events at various locations. You will work closely with our Event Coordinators to ensure a seamless and memorable event experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and direct guests, vendors and event personnel with a warm and welcoming attitude
- Monitor event activities and ensure compliance with event rules and regulations
- Assist event coordinators with any last-minute tasks or changes to ensure a smooth event execution
- Serve food and beverages to guests as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of event space before, during and after the event
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours
- Must have the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team setting
