We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Event Staff. As a key part of our events team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of various events by providing excellent customer service, assisting with event setup and breakdown, and managing event operations. This role requires flexibility, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Event Setup and Breakdown: Assist in the setup and teardown of event spaces, including arranging furniture, setting up stages, placing signage, and organizing materials.
• Guest Services: Greet and direct guests, provide event information, and assist with registration and check-in processes. Handle guest inquiries and concerns with a positive attitude.
• Technical Support: Assist with basic technical needs, such as setting up audiovisual equipment, microphones, and projectors. Report any technical issues to the appropriate team member.
• Refreshments and Catering: Help set up and distribute food and beverages, monitor stock levels, and maintain cleanliness in catering areas.
• Post-Event Duties: Assist with inventory, cleaning, and returning equipment to storage. Provide feedback on the event and suggest improvements for future events.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations calmly.
• Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
