Job Description

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Event Management Trainee to join our dynamic team. In this entry-level position, you’ll receive hands-on training, gain experience in various aspects of event planning, and contribute to the execution of memorable events for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in organizing and executing events from concept to completion, ensuring all logistics are managed effectively.
  
• Collaborate with the team to coordinate event schedules, venues, vendors, and equipment.
  
• Support client communication and maintain relationships with event stakeholders.
  
• Participate in brainstorming and creative sessions for event themes and execution.
  
• Help with on-site event operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly on the day of the event.
  
• Perform administrative duties related to event preparation, such as scheduling meetings and maintaining records.
  
• Continuously learn and develop your skills in negotiation, client acquisition, and event management.
  

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the event management industry.
  
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or event coordination is a plus but not required.
