Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service and satisfaction to enhance the overall event experience.
• Meet personal and team sales goals for events, ensuring success and exceeding expectations.
• Provide customers with accurate, valid, and comprehensive information, delivering maximum value and fostering positive connections.
• Develop long-term customer connections and trust through transparent communication practices.
• Collaborate with management to understand needs, ensuring client satisfaction and successful event outcomes.
• Manage the overall aesthetic, layout, and design of events.
• Work closely with marketing and public relations teams to promote and attract new consumers.

Qualifications:

• Preferred experience in customer service or events.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Adaptability to respond to various personality types.
• Strong multitasking abilities with the capacity to prioritize duties.
• High school diploma required.
