We are seeking a motivated and organized Event Assistant to join our team and support the planning and execution of various events.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including corporate meetings, conferences, weddings, and social gatherings.
• Support the Event Manager with administrative tasks such as scheduling, vendor communication, and contract management.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
• Assist with event marketing and promotion through social media, email campaigns, and other channels.
• Prepare event materials, such as name tags, programs, and signage.
• Provide excellent customer service to event attendees, addressing questions and concerns promptly.
• Assist in post-event activities, including breakdown, cleanup, and feedback collection.
• Maintain organized event files and documentation.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design.
