Role Overview:
We’re seeking a skilled Estimator to join our team. This role - which can be fully remote or hybrid in-our Puyallup, WA office - involves preparing accurate bids for heavy civil construction projects and maintaining strong client and supplier relationships. Responsibilities include:

• Performing project take-offs and estimating for public and private projects
• Reviewing project specifications for compliance
• Soliciting pricing from subcontractors and suppliers
• Collaborating with project teams for successful project handoff
• Ensuring estimates meet quality and safety standards

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in construction estimating or civil engineering
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; HCSS software knowledge is a plus
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• B.S. in Construction Management or Civil Engineering (preferred)
