AG Sales Representative (Agriculture Equipment)

South Florida Caterpillar dealership seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative for our AG Sales Department. The ideal candidate will be passionate about agriculture and possess exceptional sales skills to promote and sell our equipment. Position will be based out of Kelly Tractor Co., location- Clewiston, Florida (Hendry, Glades, Okeechobee, Highlands, and Western Palm Beach counties).

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share
• Identify and cultivate relationships with current/new customers
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our Massey Ferguson and Fendt brand
• Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and any other documentation to track progress and performance against targets
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process

Requirements:

• 4-year college degree or similar experience (selling)
• Valid Florida Driver’s License and wiling to travel within the assigned territory
• Deep understanding of farm operations, agricultural practices and equipment requirements
• Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in agricultural machinery, farm equipment or related industries
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
