Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and mechanically inclined Equipment Assembler to join our team in Cambridge, MD. This onsite role involves assembling, troubleshooting, and supporting equipment operations within a regulated facility environment. The ideal candidate will be a strong team player, capable of following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and comfortable working in a hands-on technical setting.
Job Description - Assemble mechanical equipment and components according to SOPs and work instructions.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure production goals and quality standards are met.
- Operate basic computer systems for data entry, documentation, and equipment tracking.
- Perform troubleshooting on equipment or assembly issues as they arise.
- Cross-train in various assembly tasks and support other functions as needed.
- Follow all safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Handle and work around non-toxic chemicals as part of assembly processes.
- Safely lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
- Work at heights less than 4 ft when required.
- Shift : 8am - 4:30p
Skills Required - Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in reading and following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and dexterity
- Basic computer operation skills
- Solid troubleshooting abilities
- Willingness and ability to cross-train
Education - Highschool diploma or GED
