Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and mechanically inclined Equipment Assembler to join our team in Cambridge, MD. This onsite role involves assembling, troubleshooting, and supporting equipment operations within a regulated facility environment. The ideal candidate will be a strong team player, capable of following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and comfortable working in a hands-on technical setting.


Job Description

  • Assemble mechanical equipment and components according to SOPs and work instructions.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure production goals and quality standards are met.
  • Operate basic computer systems for data entry, documentation, and equipment tracking.
  • Perform troubleshooting on equipment or assembly issues as they arise.
  • Cross-train in various assembly tasks and support other functions as needed.
  • Follow all safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Handle and work around non-toxic chemicals as part of assembly processes.
  • Safely lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
  • Work at heights less than 4 ft when required.
  • Shift : 8am - 4:30p
Skills Required
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in reading and following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and dexterity
  • Basic computer operation skills
  • Solid troubleshooting abilities
  • Willingness and ability to cross-train
Education
  • Highschool diploma or GED
