Job Details

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Environmental Analyst to join our team in the energy industry. As an Environmental Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, including but not limited to CERCLA, CAA, NESHAPS, NSPS, and oil and gas compliance. You will be responsible for permit applications, air quality permits, and reporting for Title V facilities. This permanent position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including but not limited to CERCLA, CAA, NESHAPS,
NSPS, and oil and gas compliance
  • Prepare and submit permit applications and air quality permits
  • Develop and maintain environmental compliance plans and procedures
  • Conduct environmental assessments and audits
  • Provide technical support to operations and maintenance staff
  • Develop and implement environmental training programs
  • Monitor and report on environmental performance
  • Investigate and report incidents and accidents
  • Coordinate with regulatory agencies and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in environmental science, engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in environmental compliance in the energy industry
  • Knowledge of federal and state regulations, including but not limited to CERCLA, CAA, NESHAPS, NSPS, and
oil and gas compliance
  • Experience with permit applications and air quality permits
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and environmental management software
  • Ability to travel as needed
