Title - Project Coordinator (Manufacturing)

Location - Charlotte, NC

Salary - $60,000 - $65,000/annually

Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to support operations and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with stakeholder expectations. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational and communication skills who enjoys working across multiple teams to keep projects running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor timelines and deliverables to keep projects on track.
  • Maintain accurate and organized project documentation throughout all phases.
  • Provide regular updates on plans, actions, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve project-related issues efficiently.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Support leadership with administrative functions and project processes.

Qualifications:

  • College diploma required.
  • 2–4 years of experience in project coordination or related field.
  • Background in environmental planning, environmental science, or related disciplines preferred.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze project data, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with relevant requirements.
  • Familiarity with sustainability initiatives and environmental regulations is a plus.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Working Conditions:

  • Primarily office-based, with occasional light physical activity (stooping, lifting light materials, etc.).
  • Comfortable indoor work environment with occasional mild distractions (e.g., dust, moderate noise).
  • Requires close attention to detail and consistent focus.
