Junior Recruiter - Green, OH (On-Site) Great opportunity for a new grad About the Role Our internal team is growing! We're looking for a motivated and personable Junior Recruiter to join us in our Green, OH office. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate interested in launching a career in recruiting, especially within the fields of Accounting, Finance, and HR. You'll gain hands-on experience supporting full-cycle recruiting efforts while working in a collaborative, supportive environment. What You'll Do Support the recruiting process: post jobs, source candidates, and coordinate interviews Communicate professionally with applicants and provide a great candidate experience Keep our applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate records organized and accurate Assist with new hire onboarding and documentation Partner with recruiters and account managers to support open searches in Accounting, Finance, and HR Contribute to recruiting events, job fairs, and other special projects What We're Looking For A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Great organizational habits and attention to detail Eagerness to learn and grow in the recruiting field Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Excel (experience with an ATS is a bonus but not required) Job Details Location : On-site near Green, OH Pay : $20.00-$24.00 per hour, based on experience and internships Schedule : Full-time, entry-level, 8am-5pm Why Join Us?
