Los Angeles based Internet Brands (an innovator and leader in the internet world) is currently seeking a part-time Mailroom / Facilities Clerk to support a busy office with facilities and mailroom responsibilities. Internet Brands Mailroom / Facilities Clerk is a great entry-level position with room to grow within the company. Internet Brands has thousands of employees, tons of websites and we need strong individuals to keep us moving forward.
Duties:
- Maintaining the mailrooms organization
- Sorting and delivering incoming mail, packages and supplies
- Handling outgoing mail, packages, and other supplies
- Stocking supplies and maintain re-orders
- Assist with meeting and Office set-ups
- Process postage for outgoing mail
- Create shipping labels both domestic and international
- Fulfilling service tickets
- Pulling and returning files from storage
- Assist with day to day operations around the office
- Perform all related duties as assigned.
- Pick up deliveries and distribute
Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate effectively and have great interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of United States Postal Service rules and regulations helpful, as well as standard shipping and receiving procedures.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Knowledge of basic hand tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a pleasant and upbeat disposition.
- Good communication skills
- Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
- Ability to complete projects in a timely manner.
Please note that this is a part-time position working up to 29 hours per week and starts at $17.28/hour.
