This role involves managing appointments, calendars, emails, and databases, as well as assisting with events. Additionally, in this role, you will be supporting the Loan Officer and their clients, and ensuring all documentation is prepared accurately and efficiently.

• Schedule appointments and manage calendars for the Loan Officer.
• Managing the intake of 50+ leads per month.
• Review loan documentation from clients.
• Monitor emails and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Maintain and update client databases.
• Assist with event planning and coordination.
• Develop mortgage fundamentals including client support and document preparation to aid Loan Officer.

• 1-3 years of prior mortgage experience is recommended. We will invest in your success!
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong critical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrates customer-driven mindset with a commitment to excellence.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company for the long term.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
