Salary:

We are currently looking to add new Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to our America Sales Team. The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) will focus on generating new opportunities for our Slingshot digital workplace solution . The ISR will drive results through excellent prospecting and lead follow up skills along with outstanding teamwork.

 

This position is 100% WFH, but can also be hybrid if candidate lives within commuting distance to our HQ office in Cranbury, NJ.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for generating revenue from self-prospected and company lead follow up.
- Researching accounts, identifying key players, generate interest and obtaining business requirements. Work with his/her Virtual Account team strategizing to develop appropriate account and opportunity plans.
- Respond to incoming inquiries from companies interested in the solutions and direct them to the best possible fit based upon our offerings.
- ISR will utilize teleconferencing software to make remote presentations to prospective customers and create clear and accurate written proposals and quotations for them outlining their options and best recommended course of action.
- Report to the management on customer needs, problems and interests that can best guide the product roadmap and customer engagement models.
- Report on competitor activities to better enable our marketing efforts and lead generation campaigns.
- Accurately update forecast and opportunity details within SalesForce on a timely basis.
- Provide firsthand feedback and recommendations on our marketing efforts based on direct experiences with customers and potential clients.
- Meet or exceed software licensing quotas.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Goal oriented, highly motivated, with a persistent mindset.
- Driven to succeed and earn significant commissions in this no cap commission environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once, and operate successfully in a rapidly changing environment.
- Experience and success working within a revenue quota and commission structure a plus.
- Must possess excellent communication skills, excellent listening skills, and strong writing skills.
- Proficient with the MS Office suite.
- Preferred 1+ years’ successful experience in software inside sales.
- A basic understanding of information technology and comfortable discussing technology with customers; SalesForce, LinkedIn, chat experience is a plus.
