What You’ll Do:

• Provide legal support for family-based immigration, asylum, removal defense, and employment-related immigration.
• Represent clients in immigration proceedings and guide them through the maze of USCIS, EOIR, and more.
• Grow and shape the immigration practice in a meaningful way while collaborating with an amazing, supportive team.
• Work with low-income individuals, refugees, and other vulnerable groups — many who work hard but can't afford private legal help.
• Build relationships with other organizations and attorneys, stay up-to-date with immigration law, and contribute to the community through outreach.

What We’re Looking For:

• A bilingual attorney with a passion for public interest and expanding access to justice.
• 1-3 years of immigration law experience, plus a JD from an accredited law school and SC Bar membership.
• Someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and can manage multiple cases with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and cultural humility — we celebrate diversity!

Pay is commiserate with experience but aligned with the non-profit industry
