In this role, you will work alongside our experienced event management professionals to help create unforgettable experiences for our clients and their guests. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for event planning and execution, alongside a desire to learn and grow within the events industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of events


• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services


• Help manage event logistics including set-up and tear-down processes


• Support team members in identifying event themes and concepts


• Monitor attendee registration and manage guest lists for various events


• Gather feedback post-events to evaluate and improve future events

• Strong interest in event planning and management


• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills


• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities


• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
