As an Entry Level Events Assistant, you will gain hands-on experience in event planning and execution while working closely with seasoned professionals in the industry. Key Responsibilities Assist in the planning and coordination of various events. Communicate with vendors, venue staff, and clients to ensure seamless execution of events. Help maintain event budgets and track expenses. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events through various channels. Set up and break down event spaces, ensuring all details are taken care of promptly. Manage event registration processes and attendee communications. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A passion for events and a desire to learn about the industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs. Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
