Position: Entry Level Events Assistant

Location: Columbus, OH

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic events team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in the events industry. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and coordination of various events
• Manage communication with vendors and partners as directed
• Help with logistical arrangements for events including scheduling and setup
• Assist in the creation of event materials such as invitations, signage, and programs
• Support on-site event management to ensure smooth execution of all activities
• Conduct research on potential venues and suppliers

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented setting
