We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an Entry Level Events Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of a variety of events, including corporate functions, social gatherings, and community outreach programs.

Pay:

$19.50 - $31.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of various events, including corporate meetings, weddings, and social gatherings.
• Support event coordinators in scheduling and organizing logistics such as venue selection, catering, and equipment rentals.
• Help manage event budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring financial guidelines are followed.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers, establishing and maintaining positive working relationships.
• Assist in the creation and distribution of event materials, including invitations, programs, and signage.
• Participate in on-site event setup and breakdown, ensuring all elements are in place for a successful event.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, event management, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with event management software is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed for event support.
