As an Entry Level Event Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the planning and execution of various events, from corporate meetings to large-scale conferences and community gatherings. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and coordination of events, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services and materials for events.
• Participate in on-site event setup and breakdown, ensuring that all elements are arranged according to plan.
• Help create event timelines and schedules for efficient operation and management during events.
• Conduct research to identify potential venues and event locations that suit client needs.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to communicate event details and requirements effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
• Basic knowledge of event planning software and tools is a plus.
