Job Title: Entry Level Event Specialist

Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Event Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and implementation of various events from conception to execution. You will work closely with senior event managers to understand client objectives and ensure that all events meet their expectations and budget requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of events from start to finish.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services and materials.
• Manage event budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness while meeting quality standards.
• Conduct site visits to choose suitable venues and assess logistical needs.
• Develop event timelines and schedules to ensure smooth operations.
• Help create promotional materials to advertise events and engage attendees.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to event locations as required.
