In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of events, ranging from corporate functions to community gatherings. As an Entry Level Event Specialist, you will work closely with our experienced event management professionals to learn the ins and outs of event planning Key Responsibilities Assist in the planning and organization of events, ensuring all necessary details are addressed. Coordinate with vendors, venues, and clients to confirm all logistics are in place for successful events. Help manage event budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring we stay within financial constraints. Support the creation of event timelines and schedules to ensure events run smoothly from start to finish. Assist in marketing efforts for events, using social media and email campaigns to promote attendance. Conduct site visits with clients and vendors to assess event spaces and finalize details. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused attitude. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently when required. Organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure. Basic knowledge of event planning tools and software is a plus.
