Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Entry-Level Event Marketing Assistant to support the planning and execution of live marketing events . In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in event coordination, brand promotions, and customer engagement , with opportunities for rapid career advancement .

Key Responsibilities

• Event Support: Assist in planning, setting up, and executing promotional events
• Brand Representation: Engage with customers, promote products/services, and provide brand information
• Marketing & Outreach: Help distribute promotional materials and encourage audience participation
• Customer Engagement: Interact with attendees to enhance brand visibility and awareness
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with event coordinators and marketing teams to optimize event success
• Performance Tracking: Gather event feedback and report key insights to improve marketing strategies

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required)
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Outgoing personality with a passion for marketing, events, and customer engagement
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in events, marketing, customer service, or sales is a plus
• Reliable transportation for travel to event locations
