As an Event Assistant , you will play a crucial role in planning and executing a variety of exciting events, ensuring that every detail aligns with client objectives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events that meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their vision, goals, and preferences.
  • Oversee event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and coordination of staff, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Provide hands-on support during events, managing registrations, coordinating activities, and resolving issues in real-time.
  • Ensure all materials, resources, and equipment are organized for seamless event execution.
  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, design, production) and external vendors/partners to align event components and objectives.
  • Collect feedback from clients, attendees, and team members to identify areas of improvement and compile detailed post-event reports to evaluate success.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in event planning or coordination is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Professionalism when interacting with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Quick-thinking problem-solving skills to address challenges on the spot.
