We are looking for an Entry-Level Event Assistant to join our team. As an Event Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of events from start to finish. This is a hands-on position where you will work closely with the event management team to ensure all logistics are handled smoothly, and clients' expectations are met. If you're organized, energetic, and eager to learn the ins and outs of event planning, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site support during events, ensuring the smooth operation of all activities and addressing any last-minute issues.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as organizing event schedules, managing guest lists, preparing event reports, and tracking budgets.
• Work closely with the event management team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
• Interact with event attendees and clients to ensure a positive experience and provide assistance as needed.
• Assist with the breakdown of events and provide post-event support to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree in Event Planning, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor when interacting with clients, vendors, and attendees.
• A team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Problem-solving abilities and a can-do attitude to handle event day challenges.
