Key Responsibilities:
Compensation:
Dispatchers will be paid 6% of each successful load dispatched. This is a 100% commission-based position, and your income is directly tied to your results. Motivated dispatchers have the opportunity to make up to $2,000 per week or more based on performance.
Training Provided:
No prior dispatch experience is required—comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success in the role.
