This isn’t your typical customer service job— no phones, no cubicles, and no cold calling . Instead, you'll engage directly with the public at community events, live fundraisers, and grassroots campaigns , raising awareness and support for causes that truly matter.
What You'll DoAs a Customer Service Rep, you'll work face-to-face with the public to promote nonprofit missions, spark conversations, and encourage donations.
Responsibilities:Represent nonprofit partners at events and community programs
Educate the public on social and environmental issues
Share campaign goals with compassion and clarity
Build genuine relationships and encourage ongoing support
Work as part of a team to execute outreach campaigns
Uphold professionalism and integrity in every interaction
