Position: Entry-Level B2B Sales Representative

We’re seeking ambitious and motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level B2B Sales Representatives. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in driving sales growth by building and maintaining strong business relationships in the Cleveland area. Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and address concerns.

Sales Presentations and Negotiations:

  • Present products and services to potential clients during in-person meetings.
  • Secure sales by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.

Sales Planning and Strategy:

  • Create and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Sales Administration:

  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all sales activities.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing training sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Adaptable, with the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer service best practices.
