Description Energy Research & Product Development Intern- Summer
Description CME Group is currently looking for a summer intern to provide support for the Energy Research & Product Development team in New York City.
This candidate will assist the team with data analysis, report generation and ad-hoc projects. The intern will also manage their own research project.
Principal Responsibilities - Researching new market sectors and trends within the overall energy markets.
- Assisting analysts on day-to-day tasks as well as ad-hoc projects.
- Presenting results in various formats - written, visual etc.
Qualifications - Proficient with data management.
- Knowledge of financial instruments and/or commodities.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
Education - Currently pursuing a BS or BA in any numerate or business-related degree.
Location: New York

The salary range for this role is $26/hr - $38/hr. Actual salary offered will be dependent on a wide array of factors including but not limited to: relevant experience, skills, education and comparison to internal employees (where relevant).
