As an Email Marketing Manager, you'll drive AoPS's growth by crafting powerful, data-driven campaigns that captivate and convert. You'll lead our email strategy from concept to execution, leveraging advanced segmentation, automation, and A/B testing to transform customer engagement while making a measurable impact in reaching more students.

The Email Marketing Manager will:

• Drive email strategy and execution, maximizing funnel performance through testing and optimization
• Deploy targeted campaigns using segmentation, automation, lead nurturing and dynamic content to acquire and retain customers
• Track key email metrics, optimize performance, and regularly deliver stakeholder reports
• Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain consistent brand messaging and marketing goals
• Monitor industry trends and implement new strategies and tech to improve performance
• Maintain email list health and compliance with regulations
• Support content creation in alignment with brand messaging for non email channels as needed
• Mentor a direct report in email marketing and content optimization

The ideal candidate has:

• 3-5 years email marketing experience with ActiveCampaign, Salesforce, segmentation, A/B testing, and platform integrations
• Experience with AI tools and marketing automation
• Knowledge of email deliverability best practices and compliance standards
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to optimize based on metrics
• Proficiency in CRM, CMS, analytics tools, and SEO/SEM
• Ability to work under tight deadlines

Art of Problem Solving (AoPS) is on a mission to discover, inspire, and train the great problem solvers of the next generation. Since 2003, we have trained hundreds of thousands of the country's top students, including nearly all the members of the US International Math Olympiad team, through our online school, in-person academies, textbooks, and online learning systems. While our primary focus has been math for most of our history, through the years we have expanded our unique problem solving curriculum into more subjects, such as language arts, science, and computer science.
