Electronic Security Technician I

Midlothian, VA

Job Requirements:

• Collaborate with the Operations Manager re: daily schedules and projects each morning at our office.
• Support commercial Virginia and national accounts. These are hospitals, churches, schools, and state-run sites.
• Install, maintain, and repair various systems, wiring of security systems, CCTV, alarms, door operators, card readers, Maglocks and more
• Work with other service technicians on large-scale projects
• Operate autonomously on small-scale projects
• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of professional experience as an installation technician or in a similar role
• Proficiency in servicing and troubleshooting CCTV, alarms, security systems, door operators and related systems
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must have or being willing to obtain DCJS licensure
• Bilingual (Spanish / English)
• Conduct business in a professional manner at all times.

Day shift

Monday to Friday

Overtime for emergency weekend calls (not a requirement.
