Electronic Assembler (PCB) – Monticello, MN
Shift & Pay:
Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $18 – $23 per hour
Duties & Responsibilities:
Solder miniature and micro-sized components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) with 100-mil spacing and traces between pads.
Align and assemble parts such as leads, coils, wires, tabs, and terminals into PCBs.
Install components including switches, coils, transformers, relays, transistors, and semiconductor circuits onto chassis, circuit boards, panels, and other units.
Route and attach wires and connectors to form circuitry, connecting assemblies to power supply sources, switch panels, or junction boxes.
Replace defective components and wiring.
Operate a lead bending machine.
Kit parts for assembly.
Read and follow assembly prints with minimal supervision after training.
Physical & Skill Requirements:
Ability to lift less than 10 pounds.
Must be able to sit for 100% of the workday, with occasional walking.
Frequent use of hands and fingers for handling objects, tools, and controls, as well as reaching with arms.
Occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
20/20 corrected vision required, including color, close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception.
Some exposure to vibration from power tools.
