Job Description

South Florida based Electrical Contracting company is now hiring experienced Jr. Electrical Estimators in our Pompano Beach office.

Some of your duties will include the following:
•Attend pre-bid meetings and/or meet with customers to identify project scope.
•Communicate with customers to define the project scope, address deficiencies, negotiate
pricing and build relationships.
•Read and interpret customer drawings.
•Interpret and analyze contract documents regarding terms, specifications, clarifications,
and requirements for each project and prepare estimates and bid proposals.
•Review material pricing provided by purchasing and suppliers, and adjusts estimating
database and procedures accordingly.
•Build and maintain positive relationships with Key Vendors

What you will need:
•Experience with Accubid, Bluebeam and Commercial is a plus.
•2 years preferred experience in Electrical Construction.
•Be able to effectively determine job take offs to accurately calculate job cost.
•Good mathematical and analytical skills.
•Be able to manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines successfully.
