Job Description
Need an individual with mechanical aptitude who wants to train to become a Motor Repair Technician.
· Diagnose and troubleshoot various types of electric motors, including AC and DC motors.
· Disassemble motors to assess and identify issues with components.
· Perform repairs and replacements of faulty motor parts using appropriate tools and techniques.
· Conduct tests to evaluate repaired motors for functionality, efficiency, and safety.
· Adhere to safety protocols, industry regulations, and manufacturer specifications throughout the repair process.
· Maintain accurate records of motor repairs, parts used, and testing results.
· Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs.
Must have proven mechanical ability. Will train eager worker.
Must be able to stand, bend, squat, lift and carry for long periods. Must be able to work varied hours with overtime possible, including weekends. Must be willing to perform other duties.
Starting pay is dependent on experience but includes full benefits.
