Salary: $135,000 - $170,000 per year

Job Details Handle all aspects of civil litigation from inception through resolution, including case evaluation, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
Draft and argue motions; conduct depositions of witnesses and experts.
Manage and develop case strategies to achieve favorable outcomes.
Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations.
Collaborate with senior attorneys to ensure adherence to legal strategies and firm policies.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Admission to the CA state bar and in good standing.
Minimum of 2+ years of experience specifically in civil litigation.
Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases with competing deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
