E-Commerce & Marketing Assistant
Garage Door Wholesaler and Manufacturer. 
In-House only (NO REMOTE) 
Operational Hours: 7am-3:30pm

We are a family-owned garage door wholesaler specializing in hardware and custom solutions. Our team is small but driven, and we value initiative, reliability, and a strong work ethic. As our business grows, we’re looking for a capable and motivated E-Commerce & Marketing Assistant to help manage and expand our online operations.

You’ll be working directly with the owner , wearing multiple hats—from handling online listings to managing customer calls, supporting marketing, and coordinating shipping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Support: Answer incoming calls and respond to emails regarding orders, products, and availability

• E-Commerce Management: Maintain and update product listings on platforms like Shopify, Amazon, or WooCommerce

• Order Fulfillment: Process and track online orders, assist with coordinating shipments and pickups

• Shipping & Logistics: Communicate with delivery partners, schedule freight pickups, and resolve delivery issues

  • Create and schedule social media posts

  • Assist with digital advertising and promotions

  • Design flyers, banners, or simple graphics using Canva or Photoshop

• Lead Follow-Up: Track and follow up with inbound sales leads via phone or email

• CRM & Data Entry: Keep customer information, order history, and contact lists up to date

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills (phone and email)
• Comfortable with computers, email, and web-based platforms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Outlook)
• Familiarity with shipping platforms (UPS/FedEx) and basic logistics a plus 
• Experience with online listings or willingness to learn (Shopify, Amazon, Ebay etc.)
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Fast learner, able to multitask and work efficiently
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
