The Chicago office of Lewis Brisbois is seeking an E-Billing Manager. Our financial, accounting and billing team consists of over 100 professionals located throughout the nation.

Qualified candidates will demonstrate expertise in all facets of electronic billing applications. Including missing matter, rate card and timekeeper rejection resolution across multiple ebilling vendor sites for insurance defense matters which may include split/multiple payors, SIRs, and other complex billing arrangements. Ability to implement new on boarding ebilling clients and migrate clients to new vendor sites. Provide eBilling training to billing team members as needed. Audit billers ebilling accounts and report issues to management, Must have excellent technology and communication skills, a high level of professional accountability in order to timely and successfully complete monthly billing, as well as research and resolve inquiries or discrepancies regarding billing related issues. Must understand and demonstrate a high level and commitment to customer service, confidentiality, professionalism, and interpersonal skills, as the role requires interaction and communication with peers, staff, attorneys and partners with high volume, and complex billing requirements, as well as clients and senior management amid a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
