* Able to fulfill requested dispatched service calls to customers satisfaction
* Compile completed field service work order data for invoicing
* Utilize knowledge of commercial drain cleaning techniques and equipment
* Proficient in trouble shooting and repair
* Equipment maintenance including but not limited to washing, greasing, and other maintenance functions
* Collaborate as necessary with Plumbing Service Manager and Dispatch Team to complete service calls
* Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction of completed job prior to vacating facility
* Perform sales assistance, customer service, job walks, quotes for repairs, and the review maintenance estimates as needed
* Markets: Health Care Services, Hospitality, High Rises, Property Management, Retail, Grocery and Restaurant experience recommended
* Perform additional tasks needed due to support the business
* Commitment to safety

Summary:
The Drain Cleaner Technician clear clogs from various types of drains and pipes such as floor drains, sinks, tubs, toilets, and urinals; typically using equipment such as electric snakes, high-velocity water jets and sewer cameras for inspecting drain lines. The work requires exercising technical independence in determining appropriate work methods and procedures. Assignments are received thru electronic communication, orally, or through written instructions. This position reports to the Plumbing Service Manager, is eligible for overtime and is a Local 290 position.

Education/Experience:
* High school diploma/GED preferred
* Must possess a valid driver license
* Belong or ability to join Local 290 Union
