Position Details:

• This position is full-time (40 hrs/week) on-site position paying $17 - $19/hr depending on experience.
• Our offices are located at 1215 Manor Dr., Mechanicsburg, 17055
• The hours are Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am – 5pm. No weekends.
• Benefits start on Day One.

How you'll make an impact

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide clerical and administrative support to field offices. Responsible for researching documents for unidentified mail recipients.
• Other duties include, but are not limited to, cold calling claimants/adjusters, contacting possible claimants and external vendors, issuing payments, printing and mailing out documents and general clerical administrative support

About You

Required Qualifications :

• High school diploma.
• At least one year of office work experience.
• Working knowledge of current business software such as Word, Excel and Adobe.
