Location: Auburn, CA
Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day Shift

Pay: $23-$25 per hour DOE

Join World Kinect as a Dispatcher , where you'll be the vital link between our drivers and customers, ensuring smooth, safe, and timely fuel deliveries. If you're a proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys making a real impact, this is the role for you.

What You'll Do

• Be the first point of contact for drivers and customer service calls.
• Analyze daily fuel delivery needs and assign driver schedules accordingly.
• Monitor fuel inventory systems and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Dispatch fuel loads and communicate requirements clearly to drivers.
• Provide exceptional support to customers and resolve inquiries efficiently.
• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company regulations.
• Accurately track fleet availability and assist with documentation for internal teams.
• Report and document any accidents or spills promptly.
• Take initiative and adapt to changing priorities with minimal supervision.

What You Bring

• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication-both verbal and written.
• A positive, self-starting attitude with a focus on problem-solving.
• Solid computer skills and comfort with dispatching systems.
• Knowledge of DOT and OSHA regulations.
• Experience in the oil/fuel industry is a plus.
• Prior experience as a petroleum dispatcher preferred.
• DOT and Hazardous Materials training preferred
